Our Approach

At Franciscan Health, we believe in treating the whole individual: mind, body and spirit. Our behavioral and mental health services are tailored to each patient’s needs and designed specifically to address the unique issues of any age – adults, adolescents and children. Aftercare and long-term recovery programs are additional, critical aspects of our behavioral and mental health services.

Approximately one in five adults experience a mental health issue and one in 10 young people have experienced a period of major depression. Family difficulties, career pressures or even a single traumatic event can impact your behavioral health. A person in crisis may experience anxiety, depression, thought disturbances, loss of self-worth or, in extreme situations, contemplation of self-destructive behaviors.
