Visiting Student/Audition Rotations
We offer competitive four-week audition rotations at Olympia Fields Hospital for applicants in the upcoming Match cycle.
Visiting students rotate between Dr. Payne and Dr. Mehl, with direct involvement in clinic, the operating room, and weekly educational activities. Students are expected to engage actively in patient care appropriate to their training level and to integrate fully with the resident team.

- Unofficial USMLE and/or COMLEX score reports (including any failed examinations)
- Unofficial medical school transcript
Approved applicants will then be contacted regarding rotation scheduling.

Residency Applicants
We participate in Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS®)
Application Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of an LCME- or COCA-accredited medical school
- ERAS application
- Minimum of three (3) letters of recommendation
- Personal statement
- Medical school transcript
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- COMLEX and/or USMLE scores
- Professional photograph
Application Deadline: To be announced. Late or incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Applicants are responsible for ensuring all required materials are submitted in ERAS prior to the deadline.

- Interview invitations and scheduling details will be communicated to selected applicants following application review.
