What does a typical day shift for a fellow look like?
8:00AM-9:00AM: chart review with IM residents
9:00AM-9:30PM: multidisciplinary rounds
9:30AM-12:00PM: teaching rounds with fellow, attending and 2 residents
Afternoon: procedures, admission, consults, rapid responses, codes
5:00AM-7:00PM: sign out between fellows
What does a typical night shift for a fellow look like?
7:00-7:30PM: receive patient list and sign out from long call fellow
Rest of night is spent chart reviewing, completing admissions/consults
New admissions and consults overnight are staffed with a tele-intensivist
Are there other fellows or residents in the hospital?

All of the above services do rotate through ICU
