Pocus Lectures
Joint biweekly lectures with Nephrology, EM, and CCM residents/fellows/faculty discussing POCUS techniques, interesting cases, and key tenets of real-time ultrasound evaluation.
CHEST/SCCM conferences
Fellows present at and attend major CCM organization conferences, including CHEST and SCCM, and attend one of the POCUS courses offered by these organizations
Tuesday Critical Care Lecture
Critical Care lecture series every other Tuesday at noon with residents, IM and CC faculty. Includes Journal Club presentations, lectures by fellows, faculty, and visiting guests covering key CCM topics
Morbidity & Mortality
Fellows participate in both the IM and CCM M&M conferences and engage in thorough discussions with other specialties about avoiding preventable complications of patient care
Thursday CCM Fellow Lectures
Fellow-only didactics every Thursday with presentations by CCM faculty, lectures from Sound Intensivists CMO Sergio Zannotti, Journal Club presentations, and fellow case presentations
